well many publishers were waiting for their october payment....which is to be received by 1 st week of january, but due to chrismas and new year holidays in U.S offices there will be delay of 1-2 weeks.
so no need to worry abt it.
Also for those publishers who were to receive their PIN no they to have to wait for 1-2 weeks..
